Norberts introduces ‘mission – spreading fitness’

PANAJI: One of the pioneers of scientific and result-oriented fitness in Goa, Norbert’s Fitness Studio (NFS) has added another feather to its cap by way of its latest endeavor “Mission: spreading fitness”. Conceptualised by proprietor Norbert D’Souza, who has been passionately involved in the gym industry since 1998, “Mission: spreading fitness” is his initiative to help nascent entrepreneurs in rural areas establish their own gyms on a modest budget. NFS guides the prospective entrepreneur at each stage of the project, including identifying a viable locality, designing, procurement of equipment, planning, administration, and management – all done within the financial boundaries of the entrepreneur. Saival Fitness, Shiroda, is one such custom-made gym delivered to entrepreneur Snelo which will open on December 8, for both men and women. The gym has all the basic amenities – free weights, weight training machines, cardio training. NT

Neptune Foundation aims to make Mumbai, Thane district a ‘destitute free’ region

MUMBAI: Neptune Foundation is the philanthropic and CSR arm of Neptune Developers Group and was established in the year 2010 with main area of focus to make Mumbai and Thane district a destitute free region, having a larger vision of making Maharastra a destitute free state. Till date, Neptune Foundation has picked up 213 mentally ill destitute walking on the streets, and done reunions of 133 such people with their families post their treatment and cure at Thane Mental Hospital. Neptune Foundation is a registered trust under Bombay Public Trust Act , 1950 as well as it has been FCRA approved. Neptune Foundation is actively working to pick up these mentally ill destitute wandering on the streets of Mumbai, Thane,  Navi Mumbai and Kalyan.
