Union Minister of Environment and Forest Jairam Ramesh has asked Goa government to undertake ground verification by the state agencies on the commercial structures violating coastal regulation zone notification, 1991. The initiative of the Union Environment Ministry will provide relief to the Goan traditional fishermen who live within the costal regulation zone.
