In yet another initiative, The Pilerne citizens’ forum has brought  to the fore the illegal issuance of  ration cards by the Bardez mamlatdar’s office to some non-Goans without permission of the house owner. The forum has even threatened to move a court of law if the authorities do  not rectify their misdeeds..
