Former tourism minister Francisco alias Mickky Pacheco was finally granted conditional bail by District and Sessions court margao on Monday in a culpable homicide case of his alleged lover Nadia Torrado. After evading arrest for nearly a month, Pacheco was arrested on July 8 in connection with the mysterious death of 28-year-old married women Nadia Torrado.
