Immediately after the announcement of first list of candidates for the march 3 assembly elections, some overlooked aspirants have openly shown their anger. Sitting MLA of Santa Cruz Victoria Fernandes has announced that she will quit the congress party and her son Rudolf will contest as an independent, where as Surendra Furtado in Panaji and Naresh Sawal in Bicholim are contemplating future action which will definitely not help Congress’s cause.
