Lyndon Monteiro, officer on Special Duty to former Goa tourism minister Francisco Xavier Pacheco, has withdrawn his bail plea from the Bombay high court on Monday. Earlier, the high court had directed him to remain personally present in the court for his anticipatory bail plea hearing which was fixed for 17th of June.
