A keel laying ceremony for the construction of yet another sophisticated patrol vessel by Goa Shipyard Limited for the Indian Navy was performed by Rear Admiral Sudhir Pillai, Flag Officer, Commanding Goa Area in the presence of Rear Admiral (Retd) Vineet Bakhshi, VSM Chairman and Managing Director of goa shipyard limited, senior officials from the shipyard and officials from  Indian Navy and Coast Guard on wednesday.
