Even as TV channels showed exactly what he said for which he  earned  criticism, after criticism from NGOs, activists and political opposition, Chief Minister digambar Kamat has changed his tack and has denied saying what he said in front of the TV cameras. With this background,  Mr Kamat is fast gaining the  reputation of a politician speaking with a foot in his mouth.
