Introduction of new software delays BSNL’S telephone bills to customers who find it difficult to pay it at one go

Thousands of landline customers of state-owned Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited are in a dilemma after receiving three months' bills at one go. When Goa 365 visited BSNL Goa district office at Panjim to find out the reasons behind the delay in delivering the customers bills, the authorities claimed that it is due to the introduction of a new software by the service provider and assured that  things will be normal from this month onwards.
