In a daring daylight robbery at vasco’s Baina area on Tuesday morning, a housewife was shot in the neck when a unknown culprit gained entry into her flat at Diwakar residency at baina at around 7:30 in the morning. The culprit reportedly pretended to be the friend of her husband. After putting the 33-year-old housewife at knifepoint, the culprit then pushed her inside the kitchen and snatched the gold ornaments she was wearing. He later shot her on the neck with a locally made revolver and fled. Her husband had left for work at around 7 am.
