The house committee formed to probe a  possible involvement of Roy Naik, son of former home minister ravi Naik in police-drug peddler nexus case had its first sitting at the legislative assembly on Friday. The committee which is headed by Nuvem MLA Francisco Xavier Pacheco, comprises  ponda MLA lavoo mamledar, Calangute MLA Michael lobo , Benaulim MLA caitu Silva and sant André MLA Vishnu Wagh as other members.
