The state government is convinced that the alleged scams within the Goa industrial development corporation have resulted in a huge loss to the state exchequer and thus directions have issued to the department concerned to file FIR’s  with the Anti corruption bureau in all the IDC matters,  said chief minister Manohar Parrikar while replying to the question raised by the Benaulim MLA Francisco Pacheco during zero hour on Wednesday.
