The leading industrialist Jamshyd Godrej favours ‘Green Growth’ in the infrastructure sector while striving to achieve rapid economic growth and alleviate poverty in the country. According to Mr. Godrej, ‘Green Growth’ envisages construction of buildings which consume less water and electricity, running of mobile towers with renewable energy instead of diesel etc.
