The Goa state infrastructure development corporation had floated a tender on the 23rd of March last to construct calvim bridge at an estimated cost of Rs 61.26 crore which was scheduled to be completed by march next year. Five months have already elapsed but neither the soil testing work nor the land acquisition process has been completed.
