Clarifying  the statement of the Union  Finance minister Pranab Mukherjee over the issue of granting special status to Goa,  congress Rajya Sabha MP Shantaram Naik on Tuesday said that all is not lost as far a special status for goa is concerned. He blamed the media for not asking a  proper question over the issue. He said he said the issue could be sorted out through an constitutional  amendment to Article 371 which  could enable the Goa government to enact a law to regulate sale of land to non-Goans.
