The corporation of the city of Panaji on Wednesday has presented an evenly balanced budget  for 2010-2011 projecting an income of around Rs 18.49 crore while the expenditure is estimated to be around Rs 23.93 crore. The CCP had an opening balance of Rs rupees 5.43 crore. Income on capital account is projected to be Rs 22.74 crore taking into account the expected grants under the Jawaharlal Nehru national urban renewal  mission
