Bharatiya Janata Party has decided to aggressively stress on  the issue of income tax raid on  congress government  minister Atanasio  Monserrate in its election campaign,  making it difficult  for congress party  to defend its minister,  informed Goa BJP spokesperson Vishnu Wagh at press conference at the party headquarters on Thursday.
