Around 80 out of the 1,019 so-called discriminated teachers have been arrested on Friday by Panaji Police, under section 144 of the criminal procedure code, when the said teachers assembled near the church square in Panaji on way to  protest in front of the chief ministers official bungalow to press for their demands.
