Around 1300 students from across 31 colleges in the state were enrolled as volunteers through a fancy volunteer program and were given training prior to the commencement of the games. Today, volunteers, who are already displeased with the way they have been treated from day one, are disgruntled over not being paid. Allegedly remuneration figures, fluctuated quite a bit and today the clueless volunteers are looking for information on the payment due to them.
