When people talk of the efficiency of the working women, they usually refer to women employed in jobs or offices. We suggest they look at the ladies engaged in basic occupations. For this feminine work force, outside the mainstream, the quest for balancing work and livelihood is hard. Yet nobody talks of them as super women even though they do an admirable job of juggling.
