MMC projects Rs 17 cr expenditure for 2011-12

MAPUSA: The Mapusa Municipal Council (MMC) has projected an expenditure of ` 17 crore for the financial year 2011-12. Addressing a press conference on Thursday evening, MMC chairperson, Mr Sudhir Khandolkar said that a provision has been made in the budget for the construction of fish and vegetable market, and therefore the expenditure has increased for the next financial year.
