58 trucks challaned for overloading

PANAJI: The transport department continued its drive against errant transport operators for various offences and issued challans to 58 truck owners for overloading, besides confiscating six trucks from neighbouring states of Karnataka and Maharashtra for plying in the state against the provisions of the permits, in the South Goa district.
