MUMBAI: The share transfer and allotment committee of Usher Eco Power Ltd in its meeting held recently allotted 91,17,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each to Usher Agro Ltd and after the share allotment, the share holding of Usher Agro Ltd will increase from 44.35 per cent to 70.18 per cent. After this allotment Usher Eco Power Ltd is now the subsidiary of Usher Agro Ltd.
