MUMBAI: Tara Health Foods Limited, an organised player of cattle nutrition and healthy edible oil industry, will enter the capital markets with an initial public offer of 10,000,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at a price to be decided through a 100 per cent book-building process. The price band has been fixed between Rs 180 and Rs 190 per equity share. The issue opens on April 28 and closes on April 30.
