PANAJI: Persistent Systems, whose key focus is on telecom, life services and healthcare, is among the leading outsourced software developer celebrating its 5th anniversary in Verna Industrial Estate.
The company was originally ControlNet India, a 100 per cent subsidiary of Campbell, CA-based ControlNet Inc was acquired by Persistent Systems in October 2005.
Mr Nitin Kulkarni, COO, Persistent Systems said that today Persistent enjoys a presence in three continents across the globe, with nine development centers spread across India in Pune, Nagpur, Goa and Hyderabad. Persistent is also celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. The company has been contributing to Goa University, Computer Society of India, Goa Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Goa Management Association.
