MAPUSA: Bank of India’s Mapusa branch recently celebrated its 105th Foundation Day. On this occasion, blood pressure was monitored using an automatic blood pressure machine at the Mahila Ashram managed by the Gomantak Lok Seva Trust at Muddy, Anjuna.
This ashram provides shelter to the helpless, deprived, deserted women in Goa. The Mapusa branch had also organised a special drive to mobilise savings and current deposits during the month and loans were also disbursed to students and self-help groups.
