PANAJI: Endosurg.10: SILS, a 3-day national hands-on course and workshop in single incision laparoscopic surgery was recently held at Apollo Victor Hospitals- Margao, said a press release.

The conference was held to discuss new techniques in laparoscopy where the entire operation is done through a single hole in the belly button making it literally a scarless surgery as the scar will get buried inside the naval. More than 60 senior laparoscopic surgeons, urologists and gynecologists attended the event and received training for the same.
