PANAJI: Goa Handicrafts, Rural and Small Scale Industries Development Corporation Ltd (GHRSSIDC LTD) is organising an exhibition at Dilli Haat at New Delhi from August 26 to September 8. GHRSSIDC intends to cover 25 stalls under its umbrella for Goan artisans to sell their crafts.
Based on the concept of "Haat" or traditional Indian market, Dilli Haat is represented by all the states in India displaying and selling their wares which includes handicrafts, food , clothes, jewellery and much more. Dilli Haat is popular shopping spot in Delhi which attracts a large amount of tourists as well as locals, said

GHRSSIDC Ltd has invited applications from Goan handicrafts artisans to take part in this exhibition. The cost incurred towards boarding and lodging, travelling and stall arrangements will be taken care of by GHRSSIDC Ltd. Artisans who are interested in participating in this exhibition may contact Ms Neha Mahambrey, Mr John Sebastian, Mr Krishna Karapurkar at the GHRSSIDC head office at Crafts Complex, Neugi Nagar, Panaji. The last date for receiving applications is Monday, July 5.
