Autobuzz Goa launched

PANAJI: Autobuzz Goa, probably the first state magazine on automobiles was launched at the hands of the Chief Minister, Mr Digambar Kamat, amidst a fanfare and rally of the latest models such as the Lexus, BMW, Honda, among others.

This was followed by two wheelers Harley-Davidson, Yamaha and others. The formal launch was held at the black box, Kala Academy.
The monthly auto magazine is designed to cater automotive enthusiasts, guide prospective buyers in making the right decision, besides being an informative on new launches, engine models and safety aspects.
The editor of the magazine, Mr Rohan Coelho, said his passion for cars emerged from childhood days, while unveiling the auto magazine his dream turned into reality. Prior to the launch, Mr Coelho is an artist by profession and enjoyed painting images of cars and bikes.
While unveiling the magazine, Mr Digambar Kamat expressed happiness for Mr Coelho in his efforts to come up with such an initiative, especially with the first Goa auto magazine. The launch was followed by a rally of marvellous expensive cars and bikes, some of which are yet to be launched in India. The rally was flagged off by Mr Digambar Kamat at the Kala Academy. The rally wended its way through the Dona Paula circle and parked in the premises of Ruchika gallery.
Paintings of some old and new cars and bikes by Mr Coelho were also displayed at the gallery. The magazine is believed to be the launching pad for emerging new automotive journalists.
